Help for homeowners with a roof problem

A homeowner notices a leak or a stain on the ceiling and lands on your website. Roof Insight walks them through it, step by step, and sends you the lead.

What the homeowner does

  1. Pick what the roof is doing

Up to 3 choices, like an active leak, damaged tiles or storm damage. "Not sure" is fine too.

  2. Add photos

Up to 5, optional. A camera button on phones, drag and drop on computers.

  3. Read a preliminary summary

A cautious, AI-written first take on what they described. It always says plainly that it is not an inspection or an estimate.

  4. Ask for an inspection

One tap asks you to come out and look. You get a separate email and schedule it with them.

If what they describe sounds like an emergency, such as water near electrical or a sagging ceiling, they see safety advice first: call 911 if needed and stay off the roof.

What you get

  • A lead email for every request
  • How urgent it sounds, the issues picked and their description
  • Links to their photos (kept for 30 days)
  • Call, Text and Map buttons that work from your phone
  • A separate email when they ask for an inspection

A copy is emailed to the homeowner, so they know you have it.

Set up your way

  • Your logo and brand color
  • Your phone number, license and service area on the page
  • Optional extras: gutters, skylights, fascia and soffit, attic ventilation
  • "Another home project" for leads beyond the roof
  • In the page, as a popup from any button, or as a link

Careful by design

A first take, not a verdict. The summary is a first take, not an inspection, a repair estimate or an insurance opinion. That stays your job.
